We're looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent to join our residential sales team in San Diego County. You'll work independently as a contractor while plugging into an established, highly ranked team with strong lead flow, marketing support, and brand recognition.

Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions

• Generate and convert leads, including exclusive leads provided by the team

• Guide clients through offers, negotiations, and closing

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide a high level of service

• Stay current on San Diego County market conditions and listings

• Collaborate with the broader PorchLight team

Requirements

• Active California DRE real estate license required

• Prior real estate experience preferred

• Self-motivated and comfortable with a commission-only, independent-contractor structure

• Strong communication and client-relationship skills

• Reliable transportation for showings and client meetings in San Diego County
