Marketing & AI Systems Specialist
Harmon Digital · Austin, TX (Remote-friendly within the U.S.)
Harmon Digital is a software company that builds AI agents and automated systems to transform owner-dependent businesses into scalable, systematized operations. We work with founders and operators to replace manual, repetitive workflows with custom AI-powered tools that improve efficiency and increase company valuations.
We’re looking for a Marketing & AI Systems Specialist to help design, implement, and manage AI-driven processes for our clients and for our own platform, Harmon-Digital.com. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, operations, and product—translating business needs into automations, dashboards, and campaigns that actually drive results.
You’ll work directly with the founder and a small remote team, so this role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning projects end-to-end, moving quickly, and iterating based on data.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain AI-powered workflows for marketing, sales, and operations across client accounts and internal projects.
Build and manage dashboards and reporting to give founders and operators clear visibility into performance.
Collaborate with the founder and team to architect systems that reduce owner dependency and prepare businesses to scale or exit.
Translate business goals into clear requirements for AI agents, automations, and integrations.
Test, measure, and optimize campaigns and workflows based on performance data.
Document processes so they can be repeated, improved, and handed off as the company scales.
Coordinate with external partners, vendors, or contractors when needed.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in growth marketing, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with marketing funnels, lead generation, and performance reporting.
Familiarity with tools like Airtable, ClickUp (or similar PM tools), and marketing/ads platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
Comfort working with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom workflows).
Strong analytical skills; able to translate data into clear recommendations and next steps.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex systems in simple language.
Self-starter who can manage projects with minimal oversight in a fast-moving environment.
Located in the U.S. and able to work primarily in U.S. time zones.
Nice to have:
Experience working with early-stage SaaS, agencies, or productized services.
Basic familiarity with Supabase, Vercel, or modern web stacks.
Experience collaborating with engineers and designers.
